Swimming Pool - Basins - Contemporary gardens
The tall bay windows of the house open right onto the swimming pool, effectively making this sunny area an integral part of the villa. With its olive trees, flowers, sculptures, benches, chairs and cushions, the stone-paved surround is furnished much like a drawing-room. The dark waters of the pool harmonise just as well with the interior spaces of the villa as they do with the bottom of the garden, towards which the views are of shrubbery and tree foliage.
