Rehabilitation of a horticultural wasteland in a residential area.
As part of a real estate development, a large housing project was born in La Tour de Peilz. Once again, the integration of buildings in their landscape context was very important here, to offer a neighborhood dedicated to soft mobility. The management of the car parks (underground and outside) allowed this exclusion of the car. Plant sequences have been introduced throughout the territory, hanging the green mesh of the municipality. Renaturation of an old river has also emerged. A reorganized management of outdoor facilities has removed the gap between public and private space, offering the entire site to residents.
