Overlooking Lake Geneva and its green surroundings, facing Mont Blanc, an intense dialogue is established between the architecture of the building and the surrounding gardens. The landscaping unfolds gradually, floor by floor, inviting the eye to rise higher.
They reveal a succession of plant volutes combining deciduous and evergreen foliage, subtle paths, and terrain movements that harmoniously connect the spaces. The carefully designed perspectives create an illusion of grandeur and offer each glance a new source of wonder.
The planting of large trees, pines, oaks, and other species gives the site the appearance of a wooded park that seems to have been there for years, reinforcing its timeless character.
Set into the slope of the site, the major feature of the project is undoubtedly the majestic amphitheater. Composed of massive blocks of natural stone and grassy transitions, it structures the space with fluid circulation, converging towards a central meeting place.
This gathering place, whether real or symbolic depending on one's imagination, evokes the importance of exchange and dialogue, reflecting the special relationship between bankers and their international clientele.
These gardens have also been awarded Breeam, Minergie-P, and SNBS certifications, attesting to the exceptional quality of their design and maintenance, and highlighting the harmony between nature and architecture. This distinction underscores the attention paid to biodiversity and sustainability in the landscaping, creating a place where modernity and authenticity meet.
