At the heart of a rapidly growing economic and residential area, the building occupies a privileged location. Its horizontal development is a natural progression, floor by floor. Vegetation plays a key role: on each level, large terraces generously planted with trees feature veritable hanging gardens, where users can recharge their batteries and enjoy the changing seasons.
From these terraces, the view opens up onto magnificent gardens surrounding the building. The paths are made of Ticino granite, the surrounding walls are composed of local sandstone rubble, the meeting alcoves are lined with grasses, driveways paved with Belgian bricks, meticulously pruned maple cushions forming gentle waves of vegetation, and perennials blooming throughout the seasons offer all the wonder expected of a living, colorful garden.
These extraordinary spaces, dedicated to meetings and the development of the future in terms of technology and innovation, would never have seen the light of day without the exceptional sensitivity of the owner to the art of gardening, Mr. Philippe Amon.
