Nestled in the heart of the Vaud countryside, facing the peaceful immensity of Lake Geneva and sheltered by a majestic chestnut tree, this villa with its classic architecture seems to have been in harmony with the landscape since time immemorial. Nothing here seems forced: the house blends seamlessly into its surroundings, as if time had patiently shaped it.

From the entrance, the courtyard, sumptuously paved with Swiss sandstone cobblestones, creates a refined atmosphere. Every detail has been carefully thought out, infusing the place with a timeless elegance where classicism subtly blends with contemporary sensibility.

On either side, footpaths wind their way across the lawn, guiding the eye towards a large, tastefully decorated covered terrace. A true extension of the house, this living space serves as a convivial dining room, a lounge conducive to relaxation, or even a play area for children.

From the terrace, the garden unfolds below. Wide landscaped steps, accompanied by topiaries trimmed into perfect spheres, orchestrate a harmonious descent to the summer kitchen and swimming pool. This symmetrical composition structures the sloping terrain and restores an elegant horizontality.

The spaces follow one another with rhythm and balance, delimited by geometric flowerbeds filled with perennials in delicate shades of white and purple. A thin line of boxwood precisely outlines their contours. In the background, a ribbon of hydrangeas illuminates the garden with generous, poetic brilliance during the summer months, offering a rare burst of color.
